Save/Load Project

File menu:

Project files allow conventional save/load use.

Also these uses are updated:

• jobs
• autorecover

Project file is essentially same format as job list with a single job.
In fact it is possible to load a projects as a job list into job control, but I dont see reason for this.
Also together with project script there is created a subdirectory for extra project files. It is used to store per-plugin data (used by master blend) and possibly some other files like logo images etc.

When project is added to job list or saved for autorecover, the extra subdirectory is copied to corresponding place (VirtualDub directory).

• Also save operation to run (like "save avi")
• Allow to schedule project files to job list
