Canopy Reconstruction download

This software reconstructs 3D plant models in multiple views. Point cloud input is segmented, then patches of leaf surface are grown using the level set method.

What should I put in the "patches" folder? I came with error when I run the execution, it hints "PatchManipulation has stopped working". Plz HELP ME!
