  • Nothing but trouble. Program launched with error "Lightscribe libraries not found". Created new disc project, enlarged & centered image, hit the print button and got "Unexpected error, %s". Hit the save button & saved but without any extension or association. Tried to uninstall and got "Error launching uninstaller". Downloaded fresh copy & installed. Same errors as before. My system is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit with core i7 3.4GHz & 16gb RAM.
  • DVDscribe has a number of usability issues which hamper image handling and general usage. But it CAN do effective lightscribe printing if you put a bit of effort into trial-and-error exploration. Like others have noted, you are best off doing the resizing in an external package before loading it into lightscribe. USEFUL: It previews the image that it is going to print if you click the "Print Lightscribe Cover" icon. RESIZE: it *IS* possible to resize, you just have to find it (try "Zoom background").
  • No option to resize the image when its loaded into the program, you have to do it manually with an image editing program.
