Bumped all libraries versions to most current version.
Fixed potential NPE storing block validation progress during startup.
Make block validation stop faster during shutdown.
Fixed potential "Watchdog error" false positive during initial setup.
Added some logging for connection limiter.
Fixed issue where UI would not always reload if backend was upgraded.
