A fantastic program for simple-to-complex fine video control and editing. Also doubles as an accurate frame-level video review program. I know of no other comparable software except the original virtualdub. Thank you Anton for supporting this great project!

No work direct stream audio,pcm audio output

Been using Vdub since around 2001 and am really glad to see this project bringing it up to date. Thank you so much! For anyone that doesn't know what it is, basically a video/image stream processor. You can export a video as a series of images, process them with say photoshop batch automation then remux/encode them back into a video. It's also invaluable for format conversions and accurate management of high-colour projects. That's just what I use it for but it's a great workbench for video engineering. If you don't know the difference between a container and an encoder you might find it a bit technical.

Awesome, as a researcher in computer vision. VirtualDub is still a favourite tool. Glad that someone keeps working on this

Using it to transcode video to cineform to use with editing software Hitfilm (most is HVEC which Hitfilm doesn't read at this moment). It has been a great help and the support is amazing.

The VirtualDub Filtermod version is fantastic. Runs even on Linux-Wine. Can you extend the Script Editor to include not only selected frames, but also the timecode? Example: 0:00:57.015 - 0:38:57.335 bye

VirtualDub FilterMod is an excellent software, updated, with very good screen preview and with excellent filters, however, it has an error because its first version is the following. If you import, for example, an MPEG-2 or vob file, select the "Resize" option and, in this option, select the "interlaced" option, the image will have unconfigured colors, such as a 3D video, and when it is made the conversion of the video, the image remains with the colors unconfigured, please please see this error, and correct it if possible because the program itself is optimized and very functional.

I've been a heavy user of VirtualDub since its beginning days. This current and regularly updated version handles every video I throw at it with ease. I do at least 95% of my video editing in this program. Highly recommended!

Thanks a lot for resurrect this great app, seems to work great except at time to open .vob files, I get the error: "Mpeg import filter: invalid pack at position 3, marker bit not set, possible MPEG-2 stream". Any chance to fix it? Thanks in advance.

A worthy successor and just the logical evolutionary step of Avery Lee's VirtualDub, merged with the best features of VirtualDubMod, AviSynth+, VapourSynth, and many more.

I'm an old, old VirtualDub fan. For some codes I had switched to XMediaRecode, which as you know, also uses ffmpeg. I'm very happy to be back with VirtualDub for all that I do. I've filled in the multi choice options. My bias for VirtualDub probably shines through. Thanks for all your time and effort. Cheers.
