Anytime Mailbox

Pros: Anytime Mailbox is a fantastic service that has improved my workday productivity tremendously. The app is easy to use and provides me immediate notification of new mail received, as well as various valuable ancillary mail services such as forwarding and disposal. The service is also a tremendous value and worth every penny. It's just a quantum leap from the "old school" PO box. As my main office is at home, the service provides me with a separate discrete mailing address that protects my home privacy, while giving me a "physical" address for my mail. It's been an amazing tool for my business.

Cons: I am a very happy customer, but it took me a few times using the app to really get "fluent" with it.

Overall: It's outstanding... so much better than the traditional physical PO Box and a great example of using technology smartly to make our lives a little easier.

Pros: I have been using Anytime Mailbox for almost 5 years now. I own a small side hustle business and ship my orders out from my online store. I didn't want to use my home address so this is perfect! I only get a small amount of mail sent to my box, but when I do, I get notified right away. Scheduling a pick up takes just a few seconds and I love how the app remembers all the pieces of mail that comes in so if I lost anything I can find it in my archived history. I highly recommend this product!

Cons: None, I have never had any issues in the 5 years I have been using this product.

Pros: Cheap monthly fees. Lots of locations in the USA, and a few in Canada. You MUST research the location, because some locations are terrible.

Cons: I do not like being charged $5 per shipment. This adds up. Other companies do not charge per shipment of lettermail like ipostal.

Overall: Overall, ipostal is better, but if you really need a specific address go with Anytime Mailbox. Remember that each location is different, so select only quality store not a bad store.

Pros: Nothing. This place takes your money and doesn't care about doing their jobs right. Am tired of calling about their mistakes.

Cons: Anytime Mail's Orlando office is full of people that must not care about their jobs. They can take weeks to post anything to your account so you don't even know you have mail. Even though tracking numbers say they have been delivered, they state they have never been received, yet "magically" appear when you complain enough. And now they have delivered a package to a place that was never on my forwarding address. Some mail they state they sent never gets delivered, and when you ask for the insurance to be applied, you don't get the money for it even when you pay for it! Customer service is no help as they are trying to deal with incompetent people at that office. You CANNOT win.

Overall: As much as we have complained and as much as we pay, you would think they would be more careful. But they are not. Am so tired of this bull every week.

Pros: Nothing fancy that the others do not offer. I only gave 1 star because I had to. There is an app, whoohoo.

Cons: I had to change my location 3 times due to the operator closing the business or losing my mail. Each location makes it's own rules and are not held to a high standard. You just have to luck up with the right location. Hundreds of dollars spent in changing addresses and fees I have canceled and went with iPostal.

Overall: The worst experience is 1.5 yrs. Never pay for 1 year up front with them. I did that with the first address and had to wait to get refunded my remaining 10 months.

Pros: Price and it easy to use. nothing more.....
They could not take responsibility

Cons: They have Destroyed my bank card which I requested you to forward to me.
I sent them proof but they could not take responsibility and just ignoring me. They told me to order a new card. Will never recommend them again.

Overall: Will never recommend them.
