Carefeed

Pros: This has made billing a breeze. The program is very user friendly and easy to use. It is easy for me to walk users through the process over the phone. Love the convenience.

Cons: Our residents and their family members are older and not very computer savvy. I am finding it difficult to get them to trust this process

Overall: Overall, I am getting a ton of positive feedback. Families love the convenience of the billing and love the new communication.

Pros: Easy to access and understand. Many different products and information to be able to learn and expand knowledge of using the program.

Cons: I am new to using the program. At this point I do not have any cons.

Overall: Easy to understand and set up quickly. Angela Newbury is a great help. We had a great initial conversation, and I was set up immediately with access to meet the needs I will use the program for.

Pros: ease of use, tab placement makes finding information convenient, information easy to find, customer service is wonderful, always solving problems quickly

Cons: census line options/views. payor tree seems simplistic and hard to understand, options are not always clear, or selections are not always available. this maybe more of an administrative/set up issue than an actual product issue

Overall: not a product that I am used to using but was able to jump right in and complete daily functions with ease. would recommend this product

Pros: love the ease of use. easy to make curriculums for staff education. able to see who has competed education at a glance.

Cons: I don't have much in this area. There was a couple of times that the videos would not plan on a staff members phone, that may have been user error and was easy to fix by closing out applications.

Overall: I love how easy this platform is to use! It makes creating and organizing staff education curriculums simple and efficient. I can quickly see who has completed their education at a glance, which saves a lot of time. The ability to send quick, informative messages helps keep both staff and families up to date. Overall, it’s an excellent tool that enhances communication and supports ongoing learning.

Pros: easy way to text staff and residents' family members, easy way so if you don't have a work phone you can use Carefeed.

Cons: n/a, I have no cons for this really do like using this website.

Overall: would encourage using for any company to get ahold of staff so that the messages can be sent back to your email!

Pros: I like the fact I can place the appointment in Carefeed and it automatically goes into PCC and notifies the resident and family members involved. I can always respond to them directly about any changes via text or email.

Cons: At times the system may have the appointment listed twice and I have noticed it will leave off the appointment information. I have heard families say that they never gotten notifications of appointments.

Overall: I really like using this tool. It helps a lot in what I need to do for my department. It's easy to navigate and that's always a plus!

Cons: Have not found one yet, as I just started using the program.

Overall: Love the ease of the program. Program has advanced since the last time I used it, making it easier to have families and residents sign admission agreements.

Pros: This software is so user friendly and the customer service is quick to help out! I am amazed at how quickly I was able to pick it up and use it.

Cons: None that I can think of at this time. There has been nothing that really gives me issues

Overall: The experience has been very positive! I have never started a new software like this and didn't have several issues, but this time it was smooth sailing.

Pros: It's a great way and effectively to communicate with families. The best is able to send documents to all families at one time. So no more envelopes and stamps are needed.

Cons: However, a few families misunderstood the message and thought it was a scam.

Overall: Carefeed is user-friendly and a great way for communicating with families weather individually or as a group. I love using it!

Pros: I love how easy it is to navigate even for people who are not tech savvy. The design isn’t overwhelming.

Cons: There is nothing that I do not like. It is a wonderful site.

Overall: I have never had any issues with Carefeed. It’s been simple to use and extremely beneficial for communication.

Pros: Website is fairly easy to navigate. I did have an issue once and it was resolved within 15 minutes which was very helpful to be able to get my documentation signed in a timely manner.

Cons: I currently have no complaints for this website. The website is fairly easy to navigate.

Overall: My overall experience with the website is great and I have no complaints. I use this website daily and it is very efficient.
