Pros: This application provides a software in leadership and time control between projects in development, an optimal tracking of operability among employees and a thorough counting of production hours to understand labor costs. In addition, it has a GPS section to determine the exact time and place where the productive activity of your organization takes place.
Cons: Being an application that in general terms is quite complete, it has as a recurring disadvantage that it is not free, since to access this service you must run with a payment of $ 30 per month. This reduces the segmentation of companies that can acquire it, since only the largest of them can afford it.
Overall: The application is very complete in terms of labor optimization that through the control of time and location we determine the performance of employees at the level of productivity, control of schedules and accurate monitoring of the time it would take the production of a project. Although the costs to acquire this service are very high, it is an excellent tool.

Pros: The scheduling aspect of the app is easy and quick to use, but that is just about the only thing that is good about it.
Cons: The GPS is EXTREMELY unreliable. The customer service is terrible, There are so many issues with clocking in and clocking out that the office had to do it for the employees several times. The updates that were made while we were a customer were not helpful to our needs. One of the biggest issues I had was that the reports were not very customizable. I had issues with prevailing wage jobs where I had to hand calculate the employees payroll because I couldn't enter a specialized rate for the job. I made a suggestion to ClockShark, but was told it wasn't a popular enough issue so it wouldn't be taken into consideration anytime soon.
Overall: The overall experience was terrible. We couldn't wait for our 1 year contract to be over to move to a new product. We are now using Crew Tracks and have found that ClockShark is really behind in their development to work with the construction companies.
