"Corillian often breaks, and plenty of excuses." Posted 2021-11-17
Pros: Integration with existing Fiserv products and relatively easy setup installation. Corillian makes it easy for members to securely transfer funds between accounts.
Cons: We spend a fair amount leasing Corillian from fiserv each month. Corillian seems to go down or break at least once a week. Application latency is common which causes users to disconnect or transactions to fail. Our call center gets flooded when this happens and all we get an email apology from Fiserv. We deserve a REFUND.
Corillians backend is connected to customers via VPN. Fiserv / Corillian have many moving parts, but when something doesn't work, our customer service team cannot service our members (Password Reset, Device Reset, Transaction review, etc).Overall: Implementation was fast and painless until cutover day. We had a few hiccups with conversion but Fiserv provided a team which helped us get members taken care of. Excellent job there.

Corillian was a decent solution for the first couple years and my opinion reflects our experiences of the last 18 months.
Getting help from a "Real Person" on the Corillian team can be challenging. If you require a change in your settings or configuration, you may have to wait a VERY LONG TIME.
I feel like since Fiserv / Corillian has us under contract, they believe that third rate service and shoddy reliability are acceptable. If we could have a do over, I would look long and hard at another Internet banking provider.
