    "Attempts to double charge"

    Pros: Smoothly does the job of creating virtual DVD drives on Windows computers. Has other features I do not use.

    Cons: After I paid $29.99 for the lifetime subscription for Daemon Tools Ultra 3 PCs, it asked for another $6/PC. The customer service showed me how to circumvent this request, after some correspondence.

    Overall: I have spent a few hours fighting the installation problems. Daemon Tools Lite is free and creates and runs virtual DVD drives equally well.
    I hoped that if I paid, it would be less trouble; it turned out the opposite.
