Pros: As an employee in a busy company, it's hard to find time to ask for personal documents that you may need. You have to try to track down the right HR person and often times, you have to wait until their schedule clears in order for them to get you the information you requested. With EnterpriseAxis, you don't have to rely on others or wait in line. This system allows you to access any and all documents that you need. It keeps track of all of your paystubs, W2s, training records, and certification certificates. You have easy access to whatever you need, when you need it.
Cons: I haven't found any and would be surprised if you could.
Overall: This a great system that is extremely user friendly. I don't see how other companies function without it.

Pros: With EnterpriseAxis, my HR requirements are streamlined so I’m at peace of mind knowing that compliance is always met. This paperless system provides me with the ability to track employees’ training, certifications and employment history. I’m able to not only do pre-employment skills tests, but I can re-assess their skills throughout employment. There are thousands of tests to choose from that can be placed in job specific batches for standard distribution to potential candidates or to our current employees for evaluations.
Cons: I do not have anything negative to say about this software if fits all my needs. Would be happy to continue to use this system.
Overall: The amount of time I save from this system is incredible. From this paperless system that helps cut down on physical file storage, records are no longer at risk of being misplaced and always available at my fingertips. Everyone in the company, especially the employees, are able to access the information they need whenever and wherever they need it (paystubs, W-2s, company policies, forms, etc.). With this system, I can ensure government contract compliance is being met and HR related data is secured at all times.

Pros: EnterpriseAxis HRIS is easy to implement, easy to integrate with my existing company Website, user friendly interface, and excellent customer support. Whenever we call, their customer support is right there. EnterpriseAxis is truly a customer centric company to work with.
What I really like about EnterpriseAxis HRIS is the price point based on the features and the number of active seat subscriptions. Prior to EnterpriseAxis HRIS being implemented in my company, we used a paper processes. Once it is implemented, we eliminated the paper process and this reduced the time and cost from our old method. For example, the system tracks an employee from “hire” to “retire” – a candidate only needs to create one profile in the system, then we only need to click a few buttons to convert the candidate into an “active employee” or convert an “active employee” to a “former employee”. Onboarding and off boarding are made simple so we don’t miss a step in the process. The build-in HR compliance helps us stay on track for HR related legal matters. We distribute pay stubs and W-2s electronically, we push out training and certification to employees via the system, our HR staff communicates with the hiring managers via the system, and the list goes on. We rely on the system so much that our staff refers to it as “Axis”, a true axle for our business. The value that EnterpriseAxis provides far outweighs the price we pay.Cons: The only improvement I would like to see is their integration with a third party payroll company. Although this does not impact my company at the moment since we use Intuit Assisted Payroll, if we switch to something else it would be easier if the payroll was internal. I have used other HR software that has the payroll “built-in” but it was actually a “third party” payroll package piecemealed together which had its own quirks. To that end, I would rather use a system like EnterpriseAxis HRIS to do its job and use Intuit Assisted Payroll to do the payroll job.
Overall: I’ve used various HR systems over the years, from working in an over 10,000 employee company to providing consulting services to small businesses. Even some of the widely known HR software has its flukes. A few years ago, I was awarded a government helpdesk subcontract that required us to quickly recruit, hire, onboard and train many employees. After days of searching and comparing, EnterpriseAxis HRIS was chosen to quickly help implement the project staff. It only took a matter of days, we integrated EnterpriseAxis HRIS with my existing company Website, recruited and on-boarded all the new hires, setup the training and certification processes, and established an HR compliant filing system. I cannot be more pleased with the software and the company itself.
