    Pros: Best decision ever - to use FloralFrog!

    The system is extremely user friendly - no annoying pop up windows .. guides you through an order seamlessly and step by step. So easy to navigate!
    The customer service is second to none. Super swift response time, personal, friendly - you couldn’t ask for more! Kim, Wayne and the team go out of their way to resolve your issue swiftly and efficiently. They are also always on the ball with keeping the system up to date, modifying it to suit the florist’s needs, keeping us up to date with latest developments.. just love it!
    Mostly I was impressed by their pricing strategy- so much more reasonable than the competition, especially for what it has to offer.

    Cons: If there ever was an issue that didn’t suit me, or a process that didn’t work for me. Kim, Wayne and the team were on it straight away and came back with a solution.

    Overall: Overall I can not recommend them highly enough! You won’t regret your choice to use FloralFrog, I sure haven’t!

    "As a florist of 22 years what more could I ask for"

    Pros: I work for Kim in her florist and absolutely love the software, its easy, simple even for me, as a novice IT person! her clients love that I know them, they feel very special when I can bring their details up and all their order history in less than 1 a minute! love the automatic invoicing literally in seconds!!

    Cons: No cons for me, cant even think of any! I know they are working on the D2F integration, so looking forward to that!

    Overall: The cost compared to others and the amount of features as I can see it, the cost is too cheap!!!! but they are compassionate about keeping costs affordable for all.

    Pros: It goes above and beyond what other florist software does for less money! no more pieces of paper, I can even download all my books at the touch of a button, complete my Vat and send to HMRC amongst all the usual order taking, delivery routing, reporting, integrated payments, website integrations, it does it all.

    Cons: No cons for me, I cant see anything that is negative, its actually driven my business and given me more time to concentrate on other stuff!

    Overall: From the moment I set up with Wayne and the service and support I got with second to none, I have used other software before but nothing with so many features and so easy to use
