    "Strong accessibility partner, not just a widget"

    Pros: Hürdenlos.Assist has honestly made our website feel so much friendlier and easier to use. The setup was super simple – we added a bit of code and it just worked. Our visitors can now quickly adjust colors, font size and spacing so everything is easier to read, and people have already told us that they finally don’t have to “fight” with our site anymore. I really like that I don’t need to be a developer to offer this kind of accessibility. The widget quietly does its job in the background and keeps our pages more usable for everyone. The support team is great too: very down-to-earth, fast replies, and they really take time to explain things in a way non‑tech people understand.

    Cons: Hürdenlos.Assist doesn’t replace a full, properly implemented accessibility solution. The company is very open and transparent about that. They clearly explain what the widget can and cannot do, and they show you what else is needed to meet legal requirements and good practice. I actually see this as a plus, because they don’t overpromise and they give concrete guidance on next steps instead of just selling a “one click and you’re done” product.

    Overall: I first found the company through Hürdenlos.Assist, and I was so happy with it that I now use several of their accessibility services. For us, it’s a very easy and human way to reduce barriers and show that we care about all our users, not just the “average” ones. If you want your website to feel more relaxed, readable and welcoming for people with different needs Hürdenlos and their Hürdenlos.Assist widget are a fantastic partner and a really positive step towards more inclusion.
