Intertek Alchemy

Pros: I like the changes that Alchemy has put in place that make a difference like, the ability to stop a course and continue it later. We all get interrupted and before you had to start everything from the beginning. As the point person for Alchemy in my company, the complaints have now ceased about this! I also like the fact we can now launch courses in wide screen mode. I like more white space on the screen and this is perfect!

Cons: I still would like to see Reports become easier to manage, create and titled to what they are. I would also like to be able to just receive a report with names and emails of the users when I would like to send messages. Please consider the Alchemy of Leadership courses as classroom training options. They are rich and worth the time...but we would like to have classroom sessions and currently they are only available as eLearning and you can't pull the remotes and track attendance and scores for a group. This would be very beneficial for group discussions and how coworkers could help each other transfer the knowledge and skills to how they work with their employees.

Overall: I have been using Alchemy for more than 6 years. It was already launched before I came here. I think it is a perfect tool for the manufacturing environment and the office environment. It has helped with New Hire Orientation, specific training needed by departments, and auditors love the fact we just have to download reports for them!
I would like to see an option where you could select hourly versus salary employees for training courses.

Pros: It is an interactive training aid, digital training records, customize to our needs, it's awesome.

Cons: It can be expensive but is well worth the investment.

Overall: It has improved our safety and overall training culture. Incident rates have decreased and productivity increased.

Pros: Intertek Alchemy's training solutions provide simple but powerful training delivery, tracking and reporting capabilities for our frontline food manufacturing workforce. These solutions are invaluable to our compliance and employee development needs.

Cons: Providing more out-of-box training languages would help of reach more employees effectively with less internal effort.

Overall: The Alchemy Team has been helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way on our employee training journey.

Pros: Alchemy is user-friendly and has given us the ability to do in-person training with real-time paperless results. When we don't need in-person training we can use their eLearning and kiosk mode for individual training. The Coach add-on is nice for on the floor observation. Records all training in easy-to-read spreadsheets. We can use their Alchemy-created training content or create our own in PowerPoint for training purposes.

Cons: Nothing! We have been very happy with the training tool.

Overall: Alchemy is a fantastic training tool we highly recommend for any company focused on delivering best-in-class training!

Pros: Extensive course catalog covering many disciplines. Updated and compliant. Easy reporting and tracking.

Cons: No cons. I have always liked this product and will continue to use.

Overall: We are very reliant on this platform to ensure compliance in our training. I recommend this product to others in all industries that I know.
