Pros: I like certain unique functionalities like bench management using a function called Job grabber. It's a very unique tool for bench sales. Oorwin has AI capabilities and the seamless flow of data makes it amazing for promoting transparency across teams.
Cons: Oorwin HRMS doesn't have payroll, exit management and IT asset management.
Overall: Overall I like Oorwin's AI enabled functionalities that helps our teams manage sales, recruitment or sourcing and talent management. Plus it's not heavy on your pockets.

Pros: The platform is integrated and easy to use, and makes cross-team functioning easier. We don't have to worry about recruiters moving away with data when they quit
Cons: The UI can be improved and also the in product on-boarding can be better.
Overall: The platform is tailored for staffing and recruiting firms and which is the best thing I like about the platform. It has esign and plugins for various platforms which definitely helps.

Pros: I like how Oorwin makes the process and data flow transparent not only among teams but also across teams. From managing deals, to sourcing to candidate management.
The Job board integration are great and they have some neat plugins which makes life easier.Cons: The HRMS lacks functionalities like asset management, and few others.
Overall: I like how the system is designed to match specific needs of a staffing company. I also love the fact that Oorwin costs significantly less than competitors and is almost as good as the other players.

Pros: I like the fact that the platforms are integrated. The ATS is awesome, especially for the sourcing part.
Cons: The CRM can be worked on and improved but overall the platform is great.
Overall: Oorwin has made us cost-effective and efficient. I like how all data flows across CRM, ATS, and HRMS. It's an effective and efficient system for staffing firms.

Pros: I was really intrigued by the value proposition offered by the Oorwin team for the relationship management process. After using the product , it was clear that they have created a great relationship management tool for companies to manage candidates recruitment process.
Cons: User Interface can be improved along with better data querying capabilities.
Overall: Their product design captures some of the critical engagement milestones as an automated process without losing the personal touch with the candidates and making it an intuitive process for Recruiting teams. Overall their product has a long term potential to be a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool that can be leverage right from the first contact with the candidate to helping them settle in their new roles.
