Pros: easy to use and to implement in website in a few minutes....
Cons: after months of use this software, i can not say nothing i dont like.....at first saw an admin area too much simple....and with every new version, it has improvements.....
Overall: After try all software you can find in internet, trials, payed...i stay with phplive....easy to use for operators...and most important, easy to use for site visitors
