Picsello

Pros: I can tell that Picsello was designed especially for photographers. The overall ease of use and seamless transition between my desktop and mobile devices when I’m on the go is unmatched. Picsello makes the entire booking experience so easy starting from the initial lead from my profile page to setting the booking and sending my custom questionnaire and contract! What used to take hours is now down to minutes! I am in love with the beautiful and easy to create and view galleries, my clients love them as well. I’ve even been able to move my marketing emails to Picsellos integrated email system and no longer have to have a separate subscription for that. The educational resources and blogs that are included have been a huge help during busy season and have helped start planning specials events and sessions further out so it’s not a stressful time crunch getting my yearly plans mapped out. One of my favorite features is the jobs section. I can house all of my job information, private notes, questionnaire, contract and additional forms in one easy to locate place. Lastly I have to talk about their customer service. Picsello has armed itself with a stellar customer service team! When I say that they treat my clients like their own I mean it. Even the smallest bug is given high priority. They are quick to answer, thorough in the information they provide and follow up on everything. They want just as much as I do for myself and my clients to have the best experience possible. I know when I reach out that I am talking to a live person who is going to go above and beyond to correct any situation.

Cons: The main con for me is that Picsello is relatively new and is lacking a few features that I would love to see integrated. I would love to be able to adjust packages after a booking has been confirmed and have more automation in the post session email process.

Overall: Overall I think Picsello is the only CRM (in my experience, I’ve tried a few) that is a truly customer driven CRM that invests just as much in your ability to succeed and thrive as a photographer as you do for your own business. While there may still be some growing pains as they improve and add features I am sticking with them. My business has improved so much since joining and utilizing their education, mentoring and 1:1 with their founder to find weaknesses and make improvements in my business plan and execution. Picsello is so much more than just another gallery hosting site or CRM. They are amazing resource and support system. They are real people who truly care about those they serve.

Pros: One of the standout pros of Picsello is its business coaching and business mastermind offerings. These invaluable resources have provided me with guidance, support, and networking opportunities that have contributed to the growth and success of my photography business. The access to a community of like-minded professionals and experienced coaches has been truly empowering.

Cons: Picsello does have a few minor cons. For instance, the initial learning curve may seem steep, especially for users who are new to all-in-one platforms, but it is far less of a learning curve than many other photography CRMs. Additionally, the platform might seem a bit overwhelming at first, given the number of features it offers. But with time and regular use, it becomes easier to navigate and utilize its full potential.

Overall: ]What I love most about Picsello is how user-friendly it is. It seamlessly integrates with my existing tools and makes my life so much easier. And if I ever have any questions or need support, the team is always there and ready to help.

I can confidently say that my business would not be where it is today without Picsello. It's made running my business a breeze and has helped me reach new heights. I can't recommend this platform enough for anyone in the photography business. Trust me, once you start using Picsello, you won't be able to imagine running your business without it!

Pros: Smart Pricing Calculator! Contracts & Questionnaires; Product sales built into galleries; Facebook Mastermind Group; One-on-One coaching.

Cons: As with any new software, there is a slight learning curve but that's true of other products as well. Once I understood the lifecycle of a client within the platform, it was easy to navigate.

Overall: After playing with Picsello for a few months now, I wish it had been around in 2004 when I started my photography business!

Pros: Picsello is a really great all-in-one tool for photographers managing their business. Love that it has such a robust business coaching feature too!

Cons: Workflow customization was a bit basic for my needs, but I could see this being more than enough for newer photographers.

Overall: Love that you can have a web presence, CRM, galleries, and business coaching all in one tool. GENIUS!

Pros: I really love that the studio management is linked to the galleries so seamlessly- I don’t have to enter everything again or login to another place. I love the gallery experience for my clients - such easy upsells and great products. It’s so easy to set up and use and I can use it on my phone and iPad too. So convenient for me since I’m not always at my desk.

Cons: I would love to have more options on the client mini session scheduler but their amazing customer support team said it’s coming soon so then it will be perfect for me.

Overall: I was using just a gallery software because the other CRMs overwhelm me. I came to Picsello for the unlimited galleries (bargain!) and I then saw how interlinked everything is and so much easier to use than the others I have tried I’m not the most technical person but their customer support are so nice and patient with me. Now my clients are so impressed and it saves me so much time (and I make more money!). Really great experience!

Pros: One CRM that you can seamlessly run your entire photography business from. Personalized password protected galleries for your clients that are simple to use. Pre loaded contracts & questionnaires that can easily be edited to accommodate a specific package or client.

Cons: Wish there was an option for different gallery vendors.

Overall: Picsello has helped us organize & save so much time. I can manage emails, payments & contracts so simply. It’s definitely the most professional & polished CRM platform that I have worked with. My clients LOVE it.
