    Pros: Ridiculously easy: upload a phone snap, pick a vibe, and 30 sec later you’re staring at a 4K-quality render that looks like it was pulled from an HGTV reveal. Handles kitchens, baths, exteriors—even landscaping. Huge style library, accurate material mapping, side-by-side slider, plus an API we wired into our CRM in one afternoon. Support replies in < 24 h and the pricing is sane—one client presentation paid for a year’s subscription.

    Cons: Mask-based spot edits would be nice for tiny tweaks, and ultra-hi-res (8–10 K) exports are locked to the top tier. During peak U.S. evenings renders can queue for a minute or two.

    Overall: Renovate AI has become my go-to crystal ball for remodeling decisions. Over the past nine months it let our team preview 17 design schemes, win three client bids, and dodge a costly tile-order mistake. The renders are believable enough that contractors reference them on-site, and the new exterior model convinced my HOA in one meeting.
