Pros: Very clever system but also easy to use and user friendly. Allowed me to customise in order to be better suited for client communications
Cons: Would be great if recurring clients could use the same zoom call ID as initially set up on their first booking. I just had a few clients who were a bit overwhelmed with a new zoom call link for each booking.
Overall: Fantastic! Loved the free trial which has convinced me to pay for a basic monthly plan

Pros: Once it's set up, very easy to use. LOVE that it synch with my calendar and has the option to add payment - haven't used that yet, but probably will in the future.
Session reminder email are excellent too.Cons: The design doesn't seem very aesthetically pleasing for me.. lol! Minor point.
Overall: Great product and my clients absolutely love it! I'm still using the free version and super grateful that you guys offer that. Will probably upgrade at some point :)

Pros: Easy to use, I love the ease to migrate it into my website and it's built in integration with Zoom.
Cons: Cons: None so far. It does everything we need it to do and more.
Overall: 10to8 is used daily by every member of our sales team. It works extremely well for us and our sales organization relies on it heavily.

Pros: Reminding my clients of upcoming appointments has saved me so much time and $.
Cons: Wish I could book a class and add clients to it that goes for 6 weeks with automatic reminders for all clients in it. You can do this with individual sessions but not group sessions.
Overall: 10to8 has made such a difference in how my business is run. Keeping clients accountable, reminding them of upcoming appointments has saved me time and $. The fact it is automatic is another time saver for me!

Pros: I love the fact I can set the booking to payment on booking to secure the appointment it means I don't get any timewasters and absolutely no no-shows, if anyone failed to show up or give sufficient notice to cancel they lose out not me. Can add time duration to services, descriptions of service,
Cons: I haven't found a way of clients being able to book multiple consecutive services for the same day without grouping services together, and making separate card payments for each service

Pros: I love the SMS messaging and the ease of scheduling appointments by phone. When users cancel, I have the chance to approve the cancellation. Once canceled, the appointment slot is immediately available for others to choose. SMS Reminders are a key. We scheduled over 200 appointments in a week and had zero no-shows!
Cons: The management interfaces could be asthetically updated a bit. Also, the banner and company image that we used for our sign up pages did not display correctly on all platforms, particularly mobile. But these were small "cons" in contrast with the huge positives.
Overall: We love 10to8 and would highly recommend it to anyone managing appointment schedules!

Pros: What an excellent service!!!
I am not tech literate at all, but I have managed to seamlessly organise the calendar and bookings for my new mobile dog grooming business by using 10to8.
So easy to use, great customer service when I had questions and I look forward to growing my business and expanding my use of 10to8.
Thanks to everyone there - excellent platform.Cons: Everything is very good for me and my use! Currently I do not see any failings in what I need to use the service for and my future growth.
Overall: PERFECT for a non-technical person to keep the new business calendar and bookings in order.

Pros: I like the fact that my students can schedule with me when they want. They just have to look at my availability and schedule. I am immediately notified. Works perfectly
Cons: The app seems to have little glitches. For example everytime a student schedules onlinem it creates another copy of their information in my database. I have students listed multiple times. It drives me crazy - they should be able to find their name in my database as a returning student or create a record for a new student.
Overall: Since i don't pay for the app, it's hard to complain a lot. If my business grows however, and I need to pay for the app, I'd like to see if work smoother.

Pros: I feel grateful that I found 10to8 during my Online Appointment app search. Your team has done a remarkable job in developing a user-friendly tool that I can easily adapt to our business. 10to8 Out-of-the-Box functionality has exceeded my expectations. I am a software developer, and Appreciate using this business tool with it's awesome built-in integrations.
Cons: With that being said . . . there is still room for improvement (opportunities for small business). We love your product and plan to use it on our website. The following comments are intended to help improve the New Customer Experience. I hope you accept these comments as "Constructive", not as "Criticism". 10to8 has implemented so Much, so Well!
We are beginning with your Free Plan to test / evaluate the waters in our Business Process. We intend to upgrade as we learn more of what we really need, and which plan it is appropriate.
Let's get to it:
1. Help
Living in North America it is undesirable that help is not available in the afternoon. Being excited to get 10to8 setup as quickly as I can, it is frustrating to have to wait until tomorrow for a basic question reply. Just say 'in. Yes, I did search your Help page, but couldn't find what I needed.
2. Staff
Would be nice to have 2 User Log-In + Admin. I am the Admin for my friend and just I perform set-up of the app for his business. I will never book appointments, or regularly use the app. I would like to set up the 2 Staff members who actually use the app.
After set-up, I cannot change Staff > Permissions. Someday I will not be Admin and need to assign this Permission to someone else.
3. Services
We need to have 1 Service @ my Location, and 1 Service @ Client's Location. This feature requires a plan Upgrade to Bigger Business that is too costly $40 / month as we are just beginning our online business.
4. Calendar Sync
This feature is very awesome. You Sync a lot of information to our Calendar, Yeah!!! But . . . you leave out the 2 Most Important pieces of data. Phone and Email. So, I need to click appointment in my calendar, click 10to8 link, click Customer name, click to go back to My calendar. Get the idea. Why all these clicks that add absolutely No Value, just frustration ???
5. Online Booking > Booking Process > Settings > Apply Changes to: > Use different settings
I would like to set 1 Service @ My Location, and 1 Service @ Client's Location. This feature requires a plan Upgrade to Enterprise that is too costly > $40 / month as we are just beginning our online business. There is no way a 2-person shop should require an Enterprise level payment plan.
6. Online Booking > Booking Process > Customer Information Entry
At the end-of- the-day I would like to ask the customer different questions, for different Services. But I can't afford Enterprise pricing to get this feature. As a work around I used a question to act as a "Section Title" (I am not happy with my workaround option).
This section requires some basic Format Options such as:
• Section Title - Not actually a question, but a Heading Title Section separator
• Carriage Return / Line Feed Code - Need to be able to "Stack Text Lines" via CR / LF to enhance the Readability of long questions on mobile displays.
• Basic Format - Like Markdown / Markup codes (please add Underline)
• Horizontal Rule (use to Group Questions)
• New Questions should be Required, or Optional. Currently only option is Optional.
• New Questions "Type" - allow Multiple selections Box [ ], (Yes / No is not always appropriate, and too restrictive)
7. Consent & Opt-In . . . Permission to use your information to make bookings
I am not all that familiar with GDPR guidelines. In North America I don't think US customers understand your wording for this option.
This should default to Yes, checked . If Customer does Not want to Opt-In, then they can uncheck this box.
Note: "Yes" is Required, otherwise you cannot schedule an appointment. So really, is there a "Choice" ?Overall: This is a great product that with a little tweaking could be even More Better :-). "More Better" is a Good Thing!
