Pros: The program itself works well and is easy to customize once you become familiar with it. It works well on our Ipads but there is some connectivity issues with the Brother printers.
Cons: After researching alternatives, I found the cost to be extremely high for what is provided—over $7,000 per year for just three access points. They do offer a much cheaper product, the Sign In App, and the Core version would have been exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, despite my contract not renewing for another two weeks, they refused to amend my agreement to allow me to switch to that product.
Overall: My overall experience with this company has been disappointing. Since purchasing in 2022, they have gone through two ownership changes, and I have not had an assigned Account Representative for over a year. Their contracts auto-renew unless canceled 90 days before the renewal date, and they are unwilling to work with you to adjust services to fit your needs. I was not asking a change to the current contract but a change to the new contract before it is started. Rather than keeping my long-term business, they preferred to collect one last year of payment.
