    "No Repeat Questions now and Slack part is easy"

    Pros: Its Slack technology is good and provides common queries at same platform so that user can answer one question and replies will be the same on all related questions. It works on cloud and provides various detailed information. It's common platform for generating SOPs, System and process reduce the cross linkages.

    Cons: Additional features like fetching and API integrations is requested on devices works on mac platforms. Customer support connect on email via contact us.

    Overall: Managing & organizing company information so that necessary requirement can be fulfilled from single channel. Integration with other storage devices and web portal helps the organization to convey the same policies across departments. Support team provide information in details.

    Pros: #1- Tettra is Slack based software, help you get many company information without leaving Slack.
    #2- Simple to add and edit information, with some commands
    #3- Implementation on Slack is easy.
    #4- Can be integrated with cloud storage.

    Cons: #1- Page automation should be there with more features.

    Overall: Tettra centralizes and organizes company knowledge. We are very much impressed by Tettra and integration which makes it more special. It helps us to aggregate all information platforms to a single source.
