    "NO! Do not do it! "

    Pros: Billing, scheduling, EMR, and ERA system all in one.

    Cons: This system was great until WebPT bought it. They are using outdated servers, per their support staff. The system fails many times during the day. I cause my therapist to lose data and extra work. WebPT service staff are rude and unhelpful.

    Overall: Since WebPT took over awful, we have been a customer for 11 years. They told us to leave if we did not like it.

    "Complicated and expensive"

    Pros: Able to generate lots of reports. Perhaps more suitable for a mid sized practice.

    Cons: -The onboarding process is lengthy and complicated with very little support from Therabill. Practitioner has to do all the work with two other secondary services.
    - it does not support Eastern Standard Time, so your reports, patients’ reminders, record of therapist use of system are all with CST. This was not disclose at time if same.
    Not able to send patients text reminders unless you pay extra for it. Up to ten cents per text. This was not disclose at time of sale.
    Google calendar can only be sync one way. This was not disclose at time of sale.
    -Phobe call and emails are return usually in two dats so if you have an issue , it can not be solved right away.
    Expensive. About 149.99 per therapist compared to others ($30-50 per therapist)
    After having the service for o er a month, I will be switching to another company.

    Overall: Would not recommend it. It is a complicated system to set up and they do not disclose its limitations at time if purchase.
