Pros: EASE OF USE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have been using this product now for 3 months. It has worked great! The platform design is simple and easy to use. Any problems we have encountered have been answered by the TranslateMom customer service immediately!
Cons: I cannot think of any cons. The platform works well and all concerns are addressed immediately.
