    Pros: The ease of use from both the perspective of Service Bureau User and Client Users. The reports have everything I need and when I can't find one, the iSolved team is so helpful!

    Cons: Some of the additional security features have been hard to teach to our older clients. But security is so important that I am also grateful iSolved stays so on top of the issue.

    Overall: I have experienced migrating information from another program into iSolved, I have processed payroll, pulled reports, taught client users how the program works. Overall I think we made a great decision to change to iSolved and I look forward to seeing what all it can do

    Pros: Our dedicated trouble ticket team are on top of any issues and questions we have. I appreciate their fast service and relatable nature. They are communicative and responsive.

    Cons: Growing pains as things move around have been a reality here and there but the fact that isolved is growing means great things for their clients.

    Overall: We enjoy the usability and multi-level functioning isolved provides. We currently use only a fraction of their suite of products but budget each year to implement another module.

    Pros: Offers are great like payroll, recruitment, onboarding, reviews and engagement. Lot's of integration possibilities.

    Cons: The overall interface could be better especially for mobile.

    Pros: Loved the customization in our isolved setup, particularly in the time and attendance. We utilized a number isolved solutions, including payroll, benefits, COBRA.

    Cons: We struggled to help our employees understand the confusing time off dashboard and I constantly fielded questions from employees about how much time off they had remaining for the year. An outdated user interface that lacked contrast and clarity led us to another provider.

    Overall: I appreciated our dedicated service team, but at times we struggled to get follow up on support requests from the "right" person who could resolve our issue.

    Pros: Great for an all-in-one platform making it easier for employees to access more information in a one stop shop.

    Cons: Constant updates and constant issues with the product. Biweekly releases always have at least one issue if not more. Also, the login process is not user friendly.

    Overall: Most of the features work fairly well, but a few need lots of retooling. However, most updates are unnecessary while major needs go without.

    Pros: I like how robust the system is, and can be customized to each client. There are many add on modules to tailor to clients as well.

    Cons: Because it can be customized there is a lot of room to change one thing and it throw off everything else in the system

    Overall: Compared to other products I've used I would choose isolved everyday over the others. Sometimes it's hard finding the answer you need to questions because the university articles are hard to search and some tickets go unanswered for a while.

    Pros: Easy to use, and easy to find things. The the employee self-service is a great tool and one of the best i've used

    Cons: There is still some room for improvement, some menus could use updating and the search function should be able to find anything in the system not just the menu options.

    Overall: Overall the Isolved system is the best software I've used, after 4 other systems in my 8 years working in payroll and HR i will be recommending this for any company looking for a great system

    Cons: Newer customer service has been below average. Issues with new employee payroll twice. Employee no showed to our meeting

    Pros: Their customer service is top notch. They are quick to respond whenever we need help. They've also been great at scheduling monthly meetings to assist with making our current processes more efficient.

    Cons: There are some features in Isolved that we've had free to us to use, but they weren't turned on for us to access. We'd love to take advantage of all of those features so that we are getting the most out of the platform.

    Overall: Overall this has been a great tool in improving our employee experience. This has been a go to platform for all things HR, from them applying, onboarding, clocking in on a daily basis, and benefit enrollments. They truly made it easy to have one platform manage all of those tasks.

    Pros: iSolved has many features that triumph other payroll software's. iSolved has an wide variety of reports for any business's needs. From payroll, hr, audits, etc, iSolved has the report you need. Most pages allow you to export into an excel spreadsheet, a quick way to edit and save what you need. iSolved has been releasing many fraud protection features as it is becoming more relevant. The iSolved community is very welcoming and partners come together to help each other.

    Cons: While iSolved makes many updates and fixes, some of these releases cause other things to break. iSolved does work quickly to resolve problems, but it does affect partners and clients. iSolved can improve on their response time for customer support tickets.

    Overall: While no platform is perfect, iSolved contains many functions and features to allow their partners and clients to use their service with ease, resulting in lost lasting relationships with the platform. As part of the implementation team who sets up new clients with iSolved who come from other payroll providers, I've found iSolved is the easiest platform to navigate.

    Pros: We did have one issue recently that, while it remains unresolved over one week in, isolved actually initiated contact to follow up (a first!). So that is positive.

    Cons: The service is absolutely horrible! It has been consistently terrible for the entire 3 years I've been with the company. Despite reaching out to upper management for help on more than a few occasions, we have seen no drastic improvement. Some issues have been significant, involving employee's pay or state taxes, which are unacceptable. We routinely have to chase down answers or resolutions rather than the support team proactively working to resolve issues, even those that have been directly caused by them.

    Overall: I strongly recommend anyone run far far away from isolved! If it were in my power to change I would.

    Pros: I love iSolved because it is easy to use and easy to teach my clients to use, even if they aren't the most tech-confident people.

    Cons: Sometimes making edits on the time cards can be a little finnicky but I can usually find a work-around.

    Overall: Overall it's been super positive. I love using iSolved and really appreciate the robust learning materials provided to us via the University.
