Help Required to build gdb in windows plateform with target as ibm powerpc

Hi ,

Recently i downloaded ver 4.18 of GDB.
In unix environmrnt it is configuring properly.

I tried configuring it on my PC.  I am using cygwin B20 set of tools.
Configuration runs ok.
While running "make" it compiles some files then link them and comes out as if
finished.
But no gdb executable is generated.

Am i missing something.  Is this the proper pay to configure it on PC windows
plateform ?

Any help is appretiated.
