What we used at WRS for T2.0:

    targ_defvec=bfd_elf32_bigmips_vec
    targ_selvecs=bfd_elf32_littlemips_vec
    ;;

The development sources at Cygnus have this now (post-4.18) and also enable
the mips64 stuff, so you could try a recent snapshot.
