status of arm simulator

Hi,

I am trying to write an RTEMS BSP for the arm simulator
in gdb and was wondering if there was an update or
patch for this simulator to add a source for a clock tick
interrupt.  

The email address in the README.cygnus for a contact at
arm.com bounces and the ftp address refused connections.

Any ideas???
