Sounds good to me.  Patch coming into mainline soon.

Then I will look at the other 2 places where gcc 3.3 is worse than
gcc 3.2.3 -- I hope they are similarly cosmetic.

And then I can start looking at gcc 3.3 versus gcc HEAD, which has
a lot of non-cosmetic regressions.
