Handling SIGINT in cygwin GDB

Hi,

I'm experiencing some problems with pausing a debuggee with GDB.
Initially, this happened in Eclipse/CDT environment, but after some tests, I found that GDB behaves incorrectly (on my mind).

Could someone who is familiar with signals in Cygwin/Win32 and in GDB take a look at the thread
