Festive Season - Delayed responses

With the festive season in full swing, many of our volunteers will be less active, so that they can spend time with friends and family. This means that your reports, appeals, feedback ticket, event server requests, and support tickets may have a delayed response time.  

You are welcome to make use of our Knowledge Base and support section to get help.

Our operations will return back to normal on the 8th of January 2026.
