    HSBC's 13th Annual China Conference in Shenzhen is a wrap! More than 1,500 investors, business leaders and policymakers (and one humanoid robot) joined our two-day event this week.     Meet our new graduate cohort 🎓 Last week, our global onboarding programme kicked off, bringing together around 1,500 graduates for a shared induction. This is followed by business-specific training in our world-class global training facility in Nansha, China. This year’s cohort brings fresh perspectives from more than 500 universities across 19 markets, representing a wide range of different degree disciplines, from STEM to humanities, and with 60 languages between them, making them a very diverse cohort.
