What does meaningful impact in urban living look like in 2027? The Urban Living Impact Awards return on 16 February 2027 to recognise the people, projects, initiatives and transactions helping to shape the next generation of places in which we live, stay and work. This year’s programme spans six categories: Visionary of the Year, Disruptor, Rising Star, Best Sustainability Initiative, Best Adaptive Reuse Project and Deal of the Year. Together, they reflect some of the most important forces influencing the sector today: leadership, new thinking, emerging talent, environmental performance, the reinvention of existing buildings and the deals that enable ambitious ideas to become reality. Entries and nominations are now open, with no cost to enter. The deadline for submissions is 2 November 2026. The awards will be presented during Urban Living Festival at Novotel London West on 16 February 2027.
