3D Secure Validation Error

    Hi. Tried using my card to place an order on my live website. I got a 3D secure validation error on checkout: 3D secure validation could not be completed. Please try again or use another card.

    On the backend logs, this is the specific error: Could not capture order xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: 3ds_unclear

    3D Secure is disabled in my settings. It’s set to ‘No 3D Secure’. Why am i getting this error? Also, it’s not for all transactions. Other orders are going through fine.
