Officers with the Regina Police Service (RPS) are responding to a vehicle collision on Ring Road. In a Wednesday news release sent around 4:15 p.m., RPS said northbound traffic is shut down between Wascana Parkway and Assiniboine Avenue E. RPS asks the public to avoid travelling north on the Ring Road. In an email to CTV News, RPS said a pedestrian was involved in the collision. It’s the latest in a string of collisions involving a pedestrian, e-bike or e-scooter. This is a developing story. More details will be provided as they become available.
