sorry for the delayed response. busy day. i DID find my IPOD backup paused & my PC back up. i deleted both. i would think that should free up space? here's hoping.

hi hannah, refreshing helped. however there are files it won't let me delete, AND it's not showing that i have any more space even though i deleted tons of files. it still will not synch. ugh!
