Accenture Interview Experience | PADA Role (On Campus )

Last Updated : 7 Jan, 2025

I recently went through the Accenture campus placement process and was thrilled to be selected! The process was structured into three stages: an online test, a communication assessment, and a technical + HR interview. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my experience:

Application Process

I applied for the position through my college's campus placements. The selection process was straightforward and well-organized, consisting of the following stages:

1. Online Test

The online test included two sections: Aptitude and Coding.

Aptitude Section:

  • The questions were fairly easy, and I prepared for this section using YouTube videos, which provided helpful insights into concepts and question patterns.

Coding Section:

The coding section had two problems:

  • Floyd’s Triangle: A straightforward problem that I solved with ease.
  • Matrix Problem (Minimum Distance): This task involved calculating the minimum space required to move from one position to the middle of the matrix. It was moderately challenging but manageable with logical thinking.

Overall, I found one question easy and the other moderately difficult, and I successfully solved both.

2. Communication Round

This stage was a speech test designed to assess communication skills. It evaluated:

  • Pronunciation
  • Grammar
  • Fluency
  • Clarity

The focus was on ensuring effective and professional communication.

3. Technical + HR Interview

The final stage combined technical questions and an HR discussion, primarily based on my resume and projects.

Technical Questions:

  • They asked detailed questions about my e-commerce project, specifically about the authentication mechanisms I implemented.
  • I was also asked about the technical and non-technical skills I gained from the project.

General HR Questions:

  • "Where do you see yourself in five years?"
  • "Why do you want to join Accenture?"

Opportunity to Ask Questions:

At the end of the interview, I was encouraged to ask questions. I took this opportunity to inquire about the role's expectations and the company's culture, which gave me valuable insights.
