jQuery Mobile Pagecontainer transition Event

In this article, we will be using the jQuery Mobile Pagecontainer transition Event. This event is triggered after the page change transition completes.

Syntax:

Initializing the pagecontainer with the transition event.

$( ".selector" ).pagecontainer({
 transition: function( event, ui ) {}
});

Binding an event listener to the pagecontainertransition event.

$( ".selector" ).on( "pagecontainertransition", function( event, ui ) {} );

Parameters: These are the following parameters that are accepted.

event: This event is triggered after the page change transition completes.
ui: This parameter is of type object with below-given options.
- absUrl: This parameter is the absolute version of the URL. If URL was relative, it is resolved against the URL used to load the currently active page.
- options: This parameter is the object that contains the options that were passed into the load().
- originalHref: This parameter is the href from the link that started the page change process.
- toPage: This parameter is the jQuery collection object that contains the destination page DOM element.
- prevPage: This parameter is the jQuery collection object that contains the form page DOM element in a detached state.
