my android is hacked ive no email or access to anything

i cant use my phone in any way.  someone has taken it over.  i cant even get into my emails.  all i have is a chromebook but usually throws me on guest mode and thats all the access i got. i just want my accounts back and in working order, i tried my tv account but thats gone to . i really need help.  my phone face is glitching and turned black from all the activity.going to try to get to cricket today, i get things better and everytime i open my phone back up its taken over,

For the phone hack, I would recommend you go to your provider store.
