Chill job but managers and everyone are a bit pushy with getting store credit. It gets a bit difficult sometimes with the amazon packages people bring but it is not that bad in my opinion.

Communication

Early morning shift consists of working on the dock when we had a truck, online orders (BOPUS, SFS). Workplace is overwhelming especially since they are always needing an extra hand available for anything (ex. Truck, Amazon return, and checkout). There is no training just verbal explanation and visual demonstration of what and how to do things. The hardest part was the lack of communication.

Hi, associate here, demin is allowed, just not torn. As many other people have already said it is in fact business casual. We have a lanyard that has our names on it and they allow us at my Kohl's to decorate our Lanyard With pins and whatever you want to write on It, colored hair does not matter as long as it looks presentable, makeup does not matter either you can wear any kind of makeup you would like, Again as long as it is presentable.
