Some jobs don’t pay enough for the things they want done

Job is cool just pay isn’t too good you might get a job 45 minutes away from home and then the pay is bare minimum you’re a lot of the assignments don’t hire you

Was once a great company, but now...

The job itself isn't hard--rephrase, SHOULDN'T be that hard. For starters, almost all of senior leadership have been around for over 20 years and are stuck in their ways. Unwilling to adapt and micromanage EVERYTHING. Poor Leadership

You are just a body at this company. There are way more professional staffing companies to work for. They do not treat you well. Upper management are very unprofessional.

Not the best

Wasn't a great place to work. Pay was low and you can make a lot more recruiting directly for a company. Not bad for fresh out of college to gain some experience
