I got monthly emails asking about my experience with Randstad. I also got phone calls about the feedback we were getting from the company who was reviewing out perfromance.

My peers were very helpful and great to work with.

Management was easily influenced against you by members of other departments. The immediate team leader was great and very helpful and basically allowed you to work unless asked to review or check over something.
