Would not recommend this position to anyone who has more than 2 years of professional experience. It’s a good job for someone looking to get into sales or staffing (bit of advice - if you aren’t in staffing yet, don’t). Team is decent, management seems to be all over the place when it comes to expectations. There’s been a ton of changes and doesn’t seem like anyone has a clue what’s going on.
Senior leadership is incompetent and they do not care about their employees. They take no feedback and do not allow for any sort of criticism.
