Last month at LAX and CLT, our It’s Cool to Fly American (ICTFA) program came to life during Autism Acceptance Month as we welcomed more than 70 families for a mock travel experience designed to support children with autism. From check-in and security to boarding and taxiing, families walked through every step of the journey in a calm, supportive environment that helps build confidence before travel day arrives. Since 2014, #AATeam members around the world have partnered with local organizations to make air travel more accessible. ICTFA reflects our ongoing commitment to caring for people on life’s journey and creating a more inclusive travel experience for all.
