⛳ One of the challenges that companies have when they are planning on delivering #CorporateTraining to their employees is how to group them. While learners/apprentices can be organized into groups according to skill level, learning objectives, #LearningStyles, or even activity-based groups, today we want to approach the division according to the number of participants. Marta Matulčíková and Daniela Breveníková present this in more depth in ‘Learning Environment in Further Corporate Professional Education Under Digitalisation Conditions’, from 2022. 💼 Materials matter. A lot! Understanding the level of access that individual roles within an institution need is crucial to enhancing #teamwork, especially when building learning materials in virtual spaces, a duty often carried out by more than one person. When everyone clearly knows their place and tasks, #collaboration becomes more seamless, and conflict is reduced. 🕵 Can tutors read students’ DMs in Aula? ❌ No. We comply with #privacy rules, so any Aula user can only read their own direct messages and the ones shared in groups they’re a participant in. The same goes for documents and voice notes; they’re only accessible to the receiver, whether one person or people in a group. Someone outside a message group cannot access its content. #OnlineLearning #LXP
