Here's one number you can't afford to ignore in dental clinics: the cost of a missed call Let's break it down. Say your practice gets 40 calls a day. 28 get answered. 12 go to voicemail or nowhere at all. Of those 12, say 8 are new patients trying to book. Let's say avg new patient visit: $300. That's $2,400 walking out the door every single day. Over a year? Around $876,000 gone. And that's the conservative number. $300 is a baseline depending on what your clinic specializes in, the average visit can easily run $800 or higher. Run the same math at $800 and you're looking at over $2.3 million a year, just from the calls nobody picked up. Here's what changes it: an AI receptionist that we built for you to increase your revenue. Every call logged straight into PMS. Do you use Dentally? You're covered. Smth else? You're covered as it connects to your native tech stack you already use. You're not just protecting calls, you're protecting your patient list and your revenue. Your competitors are already making the shift to AI. Don't get left behind, partner with DestiLabs, book a demo and see your future AI voice receptionist at work 🙌

We're lowkey nervous, highkey ready! Come join us tomorrow at LLMday. If you're there, ping Iryna Yurchenko or Mykhailo Kushnir for a coffee chat on how to scale business with AI ☕ See y'all there!
Voice AI is the most convincing demo that quietly breaks the moment it ships Says the guy whose company builds it. And gets it working anyway. It looks flawless on Vapi or Retell. Then it hits a real phone call, a real deployment, real users on different continents and the cracks show up fast. At DestiLabs we shipped 5 voice projects recently. Every one broke in a way the demo never warned us about and every one taught us how to fix it. Tomorrow at LLMday in Lisbon I'm sharing exactly what we learned: → Why voice-to-voice models fail the moment they hit a real phone call → What suddenly goes wrong when your product has to run across four continents → How your name can be (and absolutely will be) mispronounced by the bot. In Strabucks it's feature, but here with all the connections to CRM and other tools, might be a bug that needs a fix The unglamorous, hard-won stuff nobody admits until they're already in production and what it actually takes to make voice AI work out there. If you're building with voice, come find me at LLMday tomorrow. Not in Lisbon? Drop Voice AI in comments and the industry you're building and we'll share some benchmarks with you! P. S. Huge shoutout to Mark Pawlikowski for the invitation!

We've built AI for 40+ companies. Here's what nobody is telling e-commerce founders: Your products are invisible to AI shopping agents. Not because your products are bad. Because your data is structured for humans, not machines. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini skip you in seconds. Increase AI-driven sales, join our workshop on May 20, 4PM GMT. Live Q&A. AI referred traffic converts at 2.47%. Paid search does 1.82%. Read that again. Of course it’s industry benchmark and numbers may vary, but the cheapest, fastest growing acquisition channel in e-commerce right now is one most brands aren't even trying to optimize for, because it doesn't look like a channel. Yet. AI-driven orders grew 15x from Jan 2025 to Jan 2026. AI-referred traffic to retail jumped 805% on Black Friday. And the brands AI agents learn to recommend early tend to stay in the recommendation set, same head-start dynamic that played out with Google in 2010. We wrote a full piece on what AI agents actually see when they visit your store, why most catalogs fail the audit and the 6 fixes that matter. April 23, online, see you soon! Know any ecom founders? Send them this before their store becomes fully invisible. Clock is ticking. Not really, but kind of.
Your Shopify store is invisible to AI agents and you don't know it yet We audited brands like Absolute Collagen, BURGA, Khloud Foods and more. Agentic readiness scores: 36 to 72 out of 90. Nobody hit 90 yet. Morgan Stanley predicts nearly half of online shoppers will use AI shopping agents by 2030. AI-driven orders already grew 15x in a single year. AOV from those channels beats direct traffic. There's usually a gap here and it's costing real revenue! On April 23 I'm running live workshop: Is your store visible to AI? Will walk through how to make your ecom business agentic-ready before your competitors do. Free. Live. Q&A included. Register here – www.destilabs.com/workshop

E-commerce was supposed to kill brick and mortar 20 years later e-commerce is still around 20% of total of whole retail. Agentic commerce won't replace everything. It will just quietly take the share from brands who aren't paying attention. Three agents. One system. Cheaper than a junior hire. Our co-founder Iryna Yurchenko is speaking today at DMK Tribe about AI agents for e-commerce. Lisbon, April 8, come join us! 🫶

We're entering the post hiring era And most founders don't realize it yet. In 2021, when you hit a bottleneck, you hired. Support overwhelmed? Hire 2 CS people Sales need help? Hire an SDR Content lagging? Hire Content Manager In 2026, the default answer is changing. Before you hire, you automate. I've seen this play out with 10+ clients this year: Scenario 1: We need to hire a support person → Built an AI agent instead → Handles 60% of tickets → Money saved Scenario 2: We need to hire an SDR → Built outreach automation with AI voice → Costs $50/month → Still haven't hired Scenario 3: We need a marketing coordinator → AI agent turns calls into case studies + posts → Output of 2 full-time marketers → Costs $100/month in API calls This doesn't mean never hire. It means: automate first, hire only for what AI can't do. What AI can't do (yet): - Strategic decision-making - Relationship building - Complex negotiation - Creative problem-solving in ambiguous situations What AI can do (right now): - Repetitive tasks - Data processing - First drafts - Pattern recognition - Tier 1 customer support We're not in a future of work moment. We're already there! P. S. Once AI builds AI, I’m switching careers to coffee and vanilla farming 😅 —— Follow Iryna Yurchenko for more unfiltered insights on scaling your business with AI

Don't add an AI chatbot to your store That's what we tell about half the brands that come to us asking for one. Not because chatbots don't work. Because the problem they're describing isn't a chatbot problem. The answer is almost always one of three things: - Support volume is too high - Conversion rate is too low - Customers can't find the right product Each of those is a different system. Bundling them into one chatbot usually means it does all three, but in a poor way. What works better: - For support volume - an AI agent that connects to your order management and helpdesk APIs. It doesn't need to be on your storefront. It intercepts tickets before they reach a human. Handles the 60% that are repetitive (tracking, returns, sizing) and routes the rest. - For conversion - the problem is usually the product page, not the absence of a chatbot. Fix the copy, the images, the social proof. If you still want AI assistance, a guided quiz that narrows 200 SKUs to 3 recommendations converts better than a free-text chat. - For product discovery - a search upgrade beats a chatbot. Semantic search that understands "lightweight jacket for hiking in rain" instead of matching keywords. Algolia or Typesense with an embedding layer. No conversation needed. The brands getting the most from AI are not the ones with the fanciest chatbot. They're the ones who diagnosed the actual problem first and picked the right tool for it. Your e-commerce store deserves AI that slaps. Let's talk 🙌

And that’s our founder 💪
I shipped a fully working SaaS without hiring a single extra engineer – just by leaning hard on Cursor and a small stack of AI tools. Full story – https://lnkd.in/ehJguNwJ
