The thing that makes AI actually work inside a company isn't the model. It's the operator. Adam S. Liu on the GlossGenius CX Ops team picked up Decagon's Duet, zeroed in on a high-volume support category, and shipped a workflow that drove a 5% deflection lift on top of a large amount of automation in place. One person, one tool, one workflow, real impact. When great team members just run with implementing new products before most companies have even finished evaluating them, that's the force multiplier. One of my favorite products we’ve ever shipped is Duet — seems like a lot of our customers agree. 🙂 AI agents are constantly evolving, but most teams still spend huge amounts of time manually reviewing conversations and tweaking logic. We built Duet to automate that process and speed up iteration, so operators can focus less on implementation and more on designing good experiences. We’re already seeing customers use it in impressive ways. At GlossGenius, Adam S. Liu and his team used Duet to identify opportunities in one of their highest volume support categories and quickly improve their agent.
