  • For two decades, the answer to every business problem was the same: buy more software. More SaaS subscriptions. More dashboards. More tools for your tools. AI changes that equation entirely. Instead of forcing your team to learn another platform, agents work inside the tools you already have. They connect your systems, move your data, and execute your processes without adding headcount, licenses, or complexity. What used to require a six-figure contract and a three-month implementation can now be built in days and running in weeks. The companies pulling ahead aren't buying more SaaS. They're deploying agents. With AgentLab, we build and run the agents for you. agentlab.dev

  • Today we're launching AgentLab. For 14 years, LaunchPad Lab has built production software for businesses doing serious work. Lately, every conversation with our clients turns to AI. The question is rarely "will this matter?" It's "what do we actually do with it?" AgentLab is our answer. It's a subscription that designs, builds, and runs custom AI agents for mid-market and enterprise companies. Agents connect to the tools your team already uses (Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, your CRM, your ERP) and handles the repetitive work that quietly drains capacity from your business. Here's how it's different: → Live in weeks, not quarters → One monthly subscription covers build, integrations, monitoring, and ongoing operation → A senior, U.S.-based team designs and runs every agent → No six-figure pilots. No tools to manage. Just output. If your team has been talking about AI without actually deploying it, this is for you. Link in the comments 👇

We've spent 12+ years helping companies build mission-critical software. One lesson keeps repeating: the best products come from teams who spend their time on the product, not the plumbing. That's why I'm excited to share that LaunchPad Lab has officially joined the Render partner ecosystem. We love Render because Render's platform handles the infrastructure side, including zero downtime deploys, auto-scaling, and managed databases, so our clients' budgets go toward features that move the business, not DevOps overhead. It matters even more now that so much of our work is AI-native. Long-running processes, complex workflows, agents in production. Render's architecture is built for exactly that. We're already deploying client projects on Render and the developer experience has been excellent. If you're building something new, modernizing an aging stack, or shipping your first AI product, we'd love to talk. Incredibly excited to announce this partnership between Render and LaunchPad Lab! I have been helping on partnerships at Render over the last few months and it's been such a joy to work with Scott Weisman and Ryan Francis at Launchpad Lab. Launchpad Lab is a Chicago-based digital product consultancy with over 12 years of experience building mission-critical software and an amazing track record of delivery 740 projects. They have officially joined the Render partner ecosystem and we're so excited to have them as a part of this journey together. If you're building, here's what it means to you: ⌛️ Faster time to market: LaunchPad Lab's agile, sprint-based development combined with Render's zero downtime deploys and auto-scaling means your product gets to customers sooner. 🙌 Less infrastructure overhead: Your development budget goes toward features that matter to your business, not DevOps headcount. ✅ A platform built for what's next: Whether you're deploying a traditional web app or an AI-native product with long-running processes and complex workflows, Render's architecture is purpose-built for modern applications. LaunchPad Lab is now an official Render partner. 🚀 After 12+ years of building mission-critical digital products, we know that infrastructure decisions quietly make or break a project. Render keeps infrastructure out of the way, so our clients' budgets go toward features and outcomes instead of keeping the lights on. • Most AI in healthcare never leaves the lab. That's the gap we set out to close when we worked with Northwestern University to build GuaRDEB. Patients with RDEB, a rare genetic skin disease, face a high risk of aggressive skin cancer, so catching changes early matters. But asking fragile patients to travel for every check-in isn't realistic, and most research tools weren't built for at-home use. Partnering with Northwestern's Dermatology Department and Institute for AI in Medicine (I.AIM), we built GuaRDEB: a secure web app that lets consented patients snap and submit wound photos from their phone, and gives clinicians one place to review them. What it does: 📱 Lets patients submit images from home, on any device 🔒 Keeps sensitive health data private by design ✅ Checks image quality automatically, so nothing gets wasted ♿ Works for patients with limited mobility 👩⚕️ Gives clinicians a single portal to review and track submissions The result: a real-world foundation for rare-disease research that can grow with patients over months and years, and a responsible path to bring AI into the workflow. “We don’t use AI.” Most companies saying this are wrong. Email assistants. Meeting transcription tools. Scheduling apps. Embedded AI features in everyday software.
