The month of May marked AANHPI Heritage Month, and the Los Angeles Rams, alongside our AANHPI Employee Resource Group, ASPIRE, were proud to celebrate the cultures, contributions, and stories that help strengthen our community, both on and off the field. Through our Certified Rams House initiative, we partnered with local restaurants Farmhouse Kitchen Thai and Aloha Café to bring fans together through food, culture, and community. To support these small businesses and increase visibility within the community, we provided complimentary lunch and dinner for the first 100 fans at each event and gifted the first 50 attendees limited-edition caps designed by UPRISERS, a AANHPI women-owned customization lab based in Los Angeles. We also welcomed the Bruce Lee Foundation to our practice facility for a special evening featuring a screening, board breaking, and a fireside chat with Shannon Lee, daughter of Bruce Lee, and Rich Ting, actor, producer, and Bruce Lee Foundation board member. The event provided employees and guests with an opportunity to reflect on Bruce Lee's enduring legacy while engaging in meaningful conversations about identity, representation, resilience, belonging, and mental health. While AANHPI Heritage Month serves as an important time to recognize and elevate these stories, the impact of Asian communities and cultures extends far beyond a single month. Their contributions continue to shape our city, our workplace, and our communities every day, and we believe they should be acknowledged, celebrated, and supported year-round. Thank you to our partners, community members, and employees who helped make these celebrations possible. Together, we remain committed to fostering connection, understanding, and belonging across Rams House and throughout Los Angeles.
