Insider risk is a challenge no organization—or nation—can address in isolation. That message came through clearly at this week's National Insider Risk Symposium, where the MANTECH team joined leaders from across the insider risk community to exchange ideas, experiences and approaches for strengthening detection, prevention and mitigation. A highlight was Senior Executive Director of Insider Threat Monte “Troy” Bye's participation in the “FIRPA & Beyond” panel. Alongside international security leaders, Troy discussed how Five Eyes partners and allies can strengthen insider risk programs through greater collaboration, information sharing and lessons learned.
