This past Saturday, the New York Yankees, in partnership with Bronx Community School District 9, held the 2026 Bronx Boroughwide STEM Expo and Science Fair at Yankee Stadium! 🙌 The Expo & Science Fair, which included approximately 1,000 students, along with parents and teachers, recognized the children’s academic achievement and participation in STEM-oriented programs 🔬🤖⚙️🧮 This year’s event featured the display and presentation of approximately 100 science projects created by Bronx students across all grade levels from Districts 7-12. The event also featured hands-on activities and other demonstrations related to science, technology, engineering and math in Yankee Stadium’s Great Hall. Since the inception of the STEM Expo in 2021, STEM has flourished in the Bronx, and student participation is on pace to surpass previous highs. This year marked the fourth consecutive year that the STEM Expo has been held at Yankee Stadium.

Last week, we were thrilled to welcome Tanner Smith from Netflix's "Love on the Spectrum" to Yankee Stadium! 💙 After watching batting practice and meeting Aaron Judge, Tanner had the chance to visit our Sensory Room, located by Section 320C. The room is designed to accommodate guests who have sensory processing needs and includes activity panels, bean bag chairs, bubble walls, and fidget toys among other items to assist guests of all ages.

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation 🇺🇸
